Outside academia, I’m big into photography and road cycling.

When I travel, I shoot with a Fujifilm X-T30 II and a Sigma 18–300 mm lens (perfect all-rounder). I mostly use a custom shooting recipe that I tweak on the fly, leaning on Fuji’s film simulations (often Astia or Classic Chrome). On bright summer days, I can highly recommend Reggie’s Portra for a recipe.
